HOY Program

Our Program

HOY is a collaborative program that provides specialized housing assistance and other case services to transition-aged youth (“TAY” 18 – 24 years old) who are homeless or otherwise at risk of homelessness. USA’s HOY program focuses on TAY who may experience or exhibit mental illness and seeks to break the cycle of youth homelessness by providing short‐term housing for youth in a supportive environment that identifies and facilitates connections to individualized treatment, housing, and other community resources. Primary features include services that are designed to increase wellness, self-sufficiency, and economic mobility.
